Lamborghini Gear Shift Knob review







Shift pattern plate found in many early
Lamborghini. Brass, etched, chrome,
painted. Usually sheet metal
screwed right to console.
 Gear lever knob thread -
      10mm x 1.5
with 30mm thread length.

Ring lock nut 2401723
is about 6mm in height.
large dia is 18mm,
small diameter 15mm,
with 10 x 1.5 threads,
chrome plated steel.



i need photos or scans of the actual period knobs please.
ultimately i would like dimensional drawing of each type as well as exact materials of construction for each. type of wood, thickness of leather, stitch details, threaded insert material? zinc, steel, alum? , top insert material- plastic? size? thickness?
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

notes:
1) It appears that 2007 the Lamborghini factory number for 2402158 knob is now 2405011. Since this could be at least 5 different knobs, it is not clear what this number means.
2) Urraco P250 and 250S had an earlier part number for the combination of knob and insert together of  2409346.
